These terms cover the Blankinship Lab Hub, the software of the Blankinship Soil Health Lab at the University of Arizona, at hub.blankinshiplab.com, and its test copy at hub-test.blankinshiplab.com, where changes to the Hub are tried before they reach the lab's members. In them, "the Hub" means the software at either address and "the lab" means the Blankinship Soil Health Lab.

1. Who may use the Hub

The Hub is for approved members of the lab. Each account is approved by the lab's Hub administrator, who may disable it at any time. On the test copy every account except the named testers' is disabled, and the testers use it under these terms.

2. What the Hub may be used for

The lab's research only.

3. No warranty

The Hub is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind.

4. Changes

The lab may change the Hub, or end it, at any time. When these terms change, the new version is published here with its date.

5. University policies

Members who belong to the University of Arizona use the Hub under the university's policies as well as these terms.

6. Privacy

What the Hub keeps about the people who use it is set out in the privacy policy.
